*DAILY cottages rates: minimum charge 2 nights. In July, August and on long weekends 3 nights

**24 hrs boat/motor rental: No refund for unused hours. Ask for 1/2 day rents.

All rates subject to 13% HST. Prices subject to change without notice.

 

Cleaning Fee: $50 cleaning fee will apply.

Longer Term Rentals: 10% discount available for longer term rental (stay longer than two weeks).

Cancellation Policy: 45 days & more: fee $200, 45-30 days: 50% of total, 30-0 days: total amount. The cancellation fee can be credited towards a future reservation.

Deposit: 25% of total amount deposit required to reserve. Remaining rental fee must be paid in full in addition to the deposit weeks prior to arrival. Deposits are accepted as e-transfer.
